High Quality: Upgrade your household water quality with the Sapphire M85K, a compact yet powerful point-of-use filter. Being a slimline filter measuring 10" x 2.5", it's designed to fit snugly into your home's M101 water system, delivering efficient filtration without taking up too much space.
Low Micron Level: With a very low 1 micron rating the M85K can be used and rest assured majority of impurities will be removed along with the chlorine taste being removed through the use of a carbon block filter.
Multiple Filtration Media: The 2 in 1 filter ensures a range of impurities are filtered. The KDF reduces heavy metals, lime & magnesium, along with the carbon granules removing organic chemicals, chlorine and odor and bad tastes.
IMPORTANT : Ensure when installing the cartridge that the rubber washer on the cartridge is on the bottom i.e: sitting against the housing.

Changing M85K filter in M101 housing unit instructions:

1. Turn off the water so there is no flow coming through the M101.
2. The top of your M101 is hand tightened only so please unscrew the top of your unit and ensure the O-ring in the base is lubricated, if it is dry please rub Vaseline
on the seal
3. Replace old filter with new M85K by unscrewing the top from the base over the sink and empty water out. Top unscrews clockwise. Top tightens anti-clockwise.
4. Replace old filter with new. Ensure when installing the cartridge that the rubber washer on the cartridge is on the bottom i.e.: sitting against the housing.
