Sapphire offers a 1 year parts warranty for all products.

In some cases we offer extended product warranties for the period shown and advertised.

These may differ from product to product and may change from time to time depending on supplier selection and availability.

Consumables and cartridges are only covered for manufacturing defects.

For all warranties to be valid;

The product must be used and installed in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided with the product.

‍

For our extended warranties to be valid;

The product must be registered via Product Warranty Registration available on our website.

‍

Our warranty claim form must be completed and then approved by Sapphire

‍

This warranty is given in lieu of all other express or implied warranties and Sapphire will not be held liable for consequential damages or delays caused by manufacturing defects or otherwise.
